• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice.
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

5. Health Disclaimer

AmbrosAI’s content, chat interactions, and recommendations are not medical advice.

Always consult a qualified health professional before making any decisions regarding your health, diet, or supplements.

You understand and agree that:

• AmbrosAI is not a medical device.
• The App’s suggestions are generated using algorithms and general data patterns, not your complete medical history.
• You are responsible for verifying and evaluating all advice before acting upon it.

6. User Content

You may upload or input data such as text, images, or health information (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant AmbrosAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display this data for the purpose of providing the service.

You retain full ownership of your User Content.

You agree not to upload or share:

• Content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
• Any data that violates third-party rights or privacy.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

AmbrosAI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription during the 12 months prior to the claim.

Continued use of AmbrosAI after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
